Thoughts/comments:
Great first week! I was still transitioning into the diet a little bit this week, eating all the old food in my fridge, figuring out my meal prep schedule etc. By Tuesday I was following everything 100%
Even though my body weight didn’t increase significantly I have noticed a really positive improvement in how my body looks from the increased carbohydrates. Muscles look much more round, defined and full.
Workouts are really good and energy levels have really increased since starting the diet. Hunger has REALLY increased.
I did not take a cheat day this week or add any free foods (vegetables) into my diet to see how my weight fluctuates on the baseline diet.
I’m not going to not make any changes for next week besides adding in a cheat day on day 8 of my workout program.
