Here’s how my weight and measurements fluctuated:
My weight this morning was 173.4 (down 0.3 pounds from last week)

Waist measurement: 33 inches or 84 cm (no change)
Thigh measurement: 22.5 inches or 57 cm (no change)
Thoughts/comments:
Another week in the books!
My weight didn’t increase this week but it was largely because I was away in Calgary all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday for my best friends wedding. I brought my gym bag with me and got all my workouts in but I wasn’t able to eat as much food as listed in my regular diet. I didn’t realize how much work being a best man would be. It was pretty much non-stop from sunrise to sunset on Saturday. This week is back to the routine and hopefully I will see that weight slowly climb back up.
Workouts are great. Strength is increasing every week, especially in my legs (which is my worst body part and my main focus this offseason).
I will be moving to Winnipeg, Manitoba at Christmas to start my masters in human nutrition. I have been researching the Manitoba Bodybuilding Association and it seems like their provincial qualifier is March 19th. This is what is listed on their website:

This is the show I will be preparing for. The date is in my calendar and each day I am jumping out of bed excited knowing that the day is fast approaching. I won’t let a single day go to waste!
