My weight this morning was 175.0 (up 2.6 pounds from last week) *New all time high weight for me*

Waist measurement: 33 inches or 84 cm (no change)
Thigh measurement: 22.5 inches or 57 cm (no change)
Thoughts/comments:
This was a really good week for me. My weight both yesterday and today was 175.0. This is the highest my weight has ever been yet.
I honestly didn’t even get all my meals in every single day but this week was by far the most food I have ate throughout a week since starting my offseason. It’s a lot to sit down to a turkey dinner’s worth of food 7 times per day but this is bodybuilding – 90% of it comes down to what is done in the kitchen. To no surprise, my workouts this week were awesome and my strength and endurance were both really up.
The next 2 weeks I have a lot going on: I am in Niagara Falls Sept 18-20 and then I have my surgery Sept 24. I haven’t taken more then a single day off from training in a long time so as much as I am dreading the time off after my surgery, in the long run I know it’ll be good for my body.

 

Last week I added 140g oatmeal and 25g walnuts to my daily menu. This was roughly a 500 calorie increase. It is obviously doing the job of getting my weight to start increasing again. Full details of my current diet and supplementation program can be found here: https://trevorkouritzin.com/?p=627
