My weight this morning was 172.3
Waist measurement: 33 inches or 84 cm
Thigh measurement: 22.5 inches or 57 cm
Thoughts/comments:
I am the definition of an ectomorph. I am one of the few people who looses weight taking time off from the gym lol. 😈
I am back training again after my surgery. Legs I am able to train at 100%. My upper body I still need to be very careful with and am going at about 80%. I really don’t want to rip open all the stitches and have to go through the whole process all over again.
Nevertheless, it was a nice break and I am back more focused and motivated then ever. I am actually dreaming each night about my workout the next morning. 😇
I really need to focus and get a solid 3-4 months of offseason in and get my weight up. With my plans to compete in the MABBA (Manitoba Bodybuilding Association) Provincial Qualifier March 19th, I don’t have a lot of time left in my off season. I hope to hit around 185 by the new year.
