My weight this morning was 174.3 (up 2.0 pounds)
Waist measurement: 33 inches or 84 cm (slight decrease)
Thigh measurement: 22.5 inches or 57 cm (no change)
Thoughts/comments:
My arm is healing really well. Even the surgeon couldn’t believe how fast it is recovering. I am back training my back/biceps and legs at 100%. I am still being very careful with all pressing movements and have not done any direct tricep training. I suspect by next week I should be able to start training triceps again.
Things are going great. My legs and back are really blowing up from the time off. My chest and shoulders look a little flat but I suspect they will follow suit once I am able to train them 100% again.
