My weight this morning was 178.0 (up 3.7 pounds)
Waist measurement: 33 inches or 84 cm (no change)
Thigh measurement: 23 inches or 58 cm (up 0.5 inches or 1 cm)
Thoughts/comments:
Overall, things are going fantastic. Both my body weight and strength in the gym are sky rocketing. My arm is healing really well. I still am not training triceps directly but am now able to do all pressing movements and am back bench pressing and overhead shoulder pressing heavy.
I don’t have much more else to say. I wake up everyday feeling extremely blessed and fortunate to be able to go to the gym everyday and pursue my passion. It has been an absolute privilege to be able to share my offseason will all of you.
I have always said that the way to succeed in bodybuilding is to find a way to incorporate it into your life where everything is in balance. You need to find your sweet spot where you enjoy the process and make it a part of your lifestyle.
