Today is the first day of my offseason. Full program inside

My weight this morning was 181.2 (up 1.6 pounds)
Waist measurement: 33 inches or 84 cm (no change)
Thigh measurement: 23 inches or 59 cm (up 1 cm)

Thoughts/comments:
I really made an effort this week to eat more. As a result, my weight was consistently 180 or higher the entire week. My strength significantly increased from the increase in calories and can I tell that I defiantly put on some size this week.
I am on day 5 of my current workout split. I am going to finish off the 8 day rotation and then transition into a new workout program. I have been training each body part twice per week for roughly the past year and I am truthfully feeling a little burnt out. Starting on Tuesday I am going to transition into a more typical bodybuilding split where I will be training 5 days per week. Every body part will be trained only once per week, except for legs twice a week and abdominals 3 times a week. My workout split will be as follows
1. Legs abs
2. shoulders calves
3. back biceps
4. off (HIIT cardio and abs)
5. legs abs
6. chest triceps
7. off (optional HIIT cardio and abs)
I am going to follow a 9 week program where I am constantly changing the training style, but sticking with the same body part split.
Week 1 – 3 Y3T training
 Week 4  FST-7
 Week 5  German volume training
 Week 6 High intensity training
Week 7 -9 DTP extreme
