Thoughts/comments:
I had a great week. Changing my workout program was exactly what I needed. It’s amazing the difference something as small as a new workout program can make in your motivation. I just finished week 2 of Y3T training, which is based upon the rep ranges 14-20. Next week will be week 3 of Y3T which is based upon rep ranges of 20-100 and incorporates a lot of giant sets, super sets and advanced intensity techniques.
Week 1 – 3 Y3T training
 Week 4  FST-7
 Week 5  German volume training
 Week 6 High intensity training
Week 7 -9 DTP extreme

Mentally, I am trying not to let the weight loss the past two weeks get to me. Anyone who has done the Wild Rose cleanse knows that the laxative properties of the cleanse are no joke lol. I know that’s where the majority of the weight loss is coming from. The decrease in my waist measurement confirms it. Truthfully, I feel so much better. I am waking up hungry again and my digestive system feels so much better. I have a few more days left in the cleanse. Once the cleanse is done, I will get more aggressive with my food intake again and really try to get my scale weight back up.
As physique athletes, we are constantly overloading our digestive system. It’s important to give it a break periodically throughout the year. It’s kind of a ‘1 step backwards to take 2 steps forward’ approach.
