My weight this morning was 176.3 (up 1.6 pounds)
Waist measurement: 33 inches or 83 cm (no change)
Thigh measurement: 23 inches or 59 cm (no change)

Thoughts/comments:
All I can say is wow. Week 3 of Y3T training is NO JOKE. I have literally been crawling out of the gym after each workout. Week 3 of Y3T training is based around the rep range of 20-100 reps and incorporates a lot of intensity techniques such as supersets and drop sets. Next week I will start FST-7 training. In FST-7, you first perform your traditional weight workout, and then perform 7 sets back to back with only 30 seconds rest in-between to achieve as great of a pump as possible. The goal behind this is to stretch the fascia of the muscle and cause a huge hypertrophy response.
Week 1 – 3 Y3T training
 Week 4  FST-7
 Week 5  German volume training
 Week 6 High intensity training
Week 7 -9 DTP extreme

I finished the Wild Rose Cleanse last week and overall, I feel so much better. I am waking up hungry again and am much more regular. I am going to start getting more aggressive with my food intake again. I am going to try to push my weight up to around 180 pounds before starting my pre-contest diet mid January for my March 19th competition.
