My weight this morning was 176.3 (up 1.6 pounds)
Waist measurement: 33 inches or 83 cm (no change)
Thigh measurement: 23 inches or 59 cm (no change)

I finished the Wild Rose Cleanse last week and overall, I feel so much better. I am waking up hungry again and am much more regular. I am going to start getting more aggressive with my food intake again. I am going to try to push my weight up to around 180 pounds before starting my pre-contest diet mid January for my March 19th competition.
