My weight this morning was 175.3 (down 1.0 pounds)
Waist measurement: 33 inches or 83 cm (no change)
Thigh measurement: 23 inches or 59 cm (no change)
Thoughts/comments:
Not really a whole much to report. Just grinding away as usual. Overall I feel great and have never enjoyed my training so much. I jump out of bed excited every day to start a new day. Manipulating the training style so frequently keeps thing interesting and keeps my workouts exciting.
I am moving across the country to Manitoba for school right after Christmas so I have been busy with getting a condo leased there, selling all my stuff here in Edmonton etc. There is a professor at the University of Manitoba that I really want to work with for my masters in human nutrition.
The FST-7 workouts have been no joke. In FST-7, you first perform your traditional weight workout, and then perform 7 sets back to back with only 30 seconds rest in-between to achieve as great of a pump as possible. The goal behind this is to stretch the fascia of the muscle and cause a huge hypertrophy response.

Next week I start the german volume training. German volume training is based around 10 sets of 10 repetitions. Very simple, but very effective and hard workouts. I might be a little biased being German myself 😛
