Full details of my current offseason diet and training plan can be found here:
-Diet was updated on Friday September. 4, 2015
My weight this morning was 173.1 (down 1.8 pounds)
Waist measurement: 32.5 inches or 82 cm (down 0.5 inches and 1 cm)
Thigh measurement: 23 inches or 59 cm (no change)
Merry Christmas everyone!
Seeing how much my waist measurement went down this week is a good reminder to all of us on how much of an impact stress makes on our physique/fitness goals. I have been really stressed the last couple of weeks getting everything ready for my move to Winnipeg. Everything is now finally done. Tomorrow morning I leave for Winnipeg. I am going to get up early, get in a leg workout and then ‘hit the road jack’.
The german volume training has been a nice change. Very simple and basic workouts that are based around 10 sets of 10 repetitions. It was a good reminder to myself that you don’t have to get fancy with your workout programs. Nothing works like the good old ‘bread and butter’ staples.
Next week I start Dorian Yate’s HIT. It is pretty much a complete 180 from german volume training. In HIT training, you perform as many warm up sets as necessary and then perform 2-3 ALL OUT working sets per exercise. Quality over quantity.
Week 1 – 3 | Y3T training |
Week 4 | FST-7 |
Week 5 | German volume training |
Week 6 | High intensity training |
Week 7 -9 | DTP extreme |
