Thoughts/comments:
I think it’s safe to say that each time you move, it easily takes a year off of your life. Lol 😛
This was truthfully an exhausting week but I am slowly starting to feel settled. If you look closely in my update pictures, you can see the boxes for the dining room table chairs I bought that I am putting together.  Despite how busy I was with work, moving and Christmas, I still managed to get all my workouts in except for skipping one off day cardio and ab workout. I prepped and froze a week’s worth of meals before I left for Winnipeg so I was able to stick to my diet pretty close to usual.
This week my training was based around Dorian Yate’s HIT training. In HIT training, you perform as many warm up sets as necessary and then perform 2-3 ALL OUT working sets per exercise. Quality over quantity. With how busy I was with moving, the lower volume was a nice change.

Next week I start DTP extreme. In DTP extreme, the last set of each exercise is one ALL OUT drop set where you match your rest periods with the number of reps you perform. In other words, you’ll do 5 reps, rest for 5 seconds, do 10 reps, rest for 10 seconds and so on.
Here is an example:
Exercise Sets X Reps
Box Squat 6 x 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5. The one all out DTP EXTREME drop set of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 reps

I will be training with the DTP extreme template for the next 3 weeks and then transition into my pre-contest diet and training phase. I can’t wait!

Week 1 – 3 Y3T training
 Week 4  FST-7
 Week 5  German volume training
 Week 6 High intensity training
Week 7 -9 DTP extreme
