My weight this morning was 170.0
Waist measurement: 32 inches or 81.5 cm
Thigh measurement: 22 inches or 56 cm
Thoughts/comments:
This was defiantly a long past 2 weeks. In 10 days I had Christmas, moved across the country and started school. Sure hasn’t been a dull moment in my life lol.
Training yourself isn’t easy. It’s similar to a lawyer trying to represent himself in court. I really took some time to re-evaluate everything I have been doing the past week. I am pretty much contest lean. I need to focus on putting some size back on before starting my contest prep early February for my March 19th competition. I removed all cardio from my program, except for my two off days. I am going to go back to training on a 3 day on 1 day off rotation. My focus for the next 3 weeks will be to fill out and put back on some size before I start my contest prep.

2. Chest shoulder triceps abs heavy
3. Back biceps heavy
4. Cardio abs
5. Legs volume
6. Chest shoulder triceps abs volume
7. Back biceps volume
8. Cardio abs
