My weight this morning was 173.0 (up 3.0 pounds)
Waist measurement: 32 inches or 81.5 cm (no change)
Thigh measurement: 23 inches or 58 cm (up 1 inch or 2 cm)

Thoughts/comments:
2 weeks today until I start my contest prep. I feel like a 5 year old counting down the days to Christmas.
Very noticeable difference in the photos from this week as compared to last week. It really shows how much of an impact stress has on your training progress (or lack there of). I am finally getting back into a routine and sleeping more. On top of that, I removed all cardio from my program except for my two off days per week. Conditioning/leanness wise, I am pretty much where I want to be for my competition. I am working on regaining some fullness and size before I do a mini cut the last few weeks before my March 19th competition to get that last bit of fat off. This way, I will look healthy and full on stage and not overly depleted. After dieting hard for 16 weeks +, most users have a really hard time filling out and look stringy and tired on stage. By getting ready early, you allow yourself to ease off the gas a little and coast into the show. It brings a better look to the stage and allows you to enjoy the whole process a lot more.
My training split is now as follows:
1. Legs heavy
2. Chest shoulder triceps abs heavy
3. Back biceps heavy
4. Cardio abs
5. Legs volume
6. Chest shoulder triceps abs volume
7. Back biceps volume
8. Cardio abs
On day 4 and 8 I follow a high protein, moderate fat and low carbohydrate diet. On all other days I follow a very high carbohydrate, moderate protein and low fat diet.
