Thoughts/comments:
Another week in the books!
I have been feeling really backed up the past two weeks so I started the wild rose cleanse on Saturday. The cleanse has been helping immensely. I didn’t realize how much build up I had. Probably helps explain some of the weight drop.
My weight this week is artificially low with how hot it’s been. I weigh myself every morning before eating or drinking anything and I’ve been waking up really dehydrated from the heat. After rehydrating and getting a meal or two in my weight is around 180-185 pounds.
Strength is significantly increasing. Workouts and energy levels are fantastic. Boundless energy all day and my workouts are incredible. Comparing this week’s photos from the first set, there is no doubt that I have put on a significant amount of muscle mass. All my shirts are feeling tight around the chest and my pants are feeling very snug in the thigh region.
Appetite is increasing. I am able to get all my meals in everyday now and don’t feel as bloated/stuffed from the food volume.
The only downside is my waist measurement increasing. This is partly simple due to food bloat from eating so much food (I am constantly stuff), and partly due to an increase in body fat. It’s inevitable to put on a little fat when putting on a significant amount of size.
