Here’s how my weight and measurements fluctuated:
My weight this morning was 171.9 (down 0.8 pounds from last week)
Waist measurement: 33 inches or 84 cm (no change)
Thigh measurement: 22 inches or 56 cm (slight increase)
Thoughts/comments:
Although my weight slightly decreased today from Friday last week, I hit a weight of 174.4 during the week which is the highest my weight has ever been.
Workouts have been off the charts and my shirts and pants are feeling tight in all the right places. I can really tell a noticeable improvement in the photos from this week compared to last week.
I’m going to give my current diet one more week. If my weight doesn’t increase by next week’s check in, then I will add calories to my daily diet once again.
Sigh…somedays it feels like all I do is cook and eat lol.
