Here’s how my weight and measurements fluctuated:
My weight this morning was 173.9 (up 2.0 pounds from last week)

Waist measurement: 33 inches or 84 cm (slight decrease)
Thigh measurement: 22.5 inches or 57 cm (up 0.5 inches or 1 cm)
Thoughts/comments:
My weight increased 2 pounds this week so I will continue on with my current diet. Weight gain/loss isn’t always linear so if my weight doesn’t go up one week, I always give it another week before making changes.
Things are going great. I really can’t complain. Workouts are off the charts. I am getting stronger every week and can see noticeable improvements in how my body looks every week.
I am going to slightly alter my workout program this week. Nothing major, just change some exercises like swapping incline barbell press for incline dumbbell press etc. for a bit of a change of pace.
No other major changes…If something is working – don’t change anything!
