Today is the first day of my offseason. Full program inside

My weight this morning was 172.4
Waist measurement: 32 inches or 81.5 cm
Thigh measurement: 22.5 inches or 57 cm

Thoughts/comments:
I’ll make this short and sweet. Next week it all starts. Next week marks exactly 7 weeks out from my competition and when I start my contest prep.
 
This week I am eating all my food in the fridge and getting everything ready so I can start everything 100% next week. I am going to pull a ‘Kevin Levrone’ and have literally nothing in my fridge besides my prepped meals so there is no way I can deviate from the plan. Once I start my contest prep, I go into robot mode. I will be sticking to my diet 100% besides one cheat meal every Saturday night. Whatever is left over I will bring to church the next morning so only one meal per week will be off of the plan.
I am going to be completely genuine and lay out exactly what I will be doing. My training, diet and supplementation usage. Everything to the exact detail. I am one of the few people who is able to grow into the show. If everything goes as planned, I should be about 8-10 pounds heavier on stage then I am today.
